G3® ANTIMICROBIAL BIOGLASS

CLASS III Medical Device

The G3® patented bioglass (ES2361695) is phosphorus-free and consists of a SiO2-Al2O3-Na2O-B2O3-CaO composition that has demonstrated to be very effective against Gram+, Gram-, fungi and the corresponding biofilms. Figure shows the % reduction achieved for several well-known microorganisms.

Also, previous studies have demonstrated that G3® completely avoids biofilm formation of the most common bacteria present in the human mouth.

Finally, preclinical tests performed with coated ceramic abutments in beagle dogs showed complete inhibition of biofilm formation and a reduction in bone loss >70%.

Compared to other marketed bioglasses, G3® shows higher biocompatibility and osseointegration when implanted in contact with bone.

FIRST ALL NANOCOMPOSITE CERAMIC IMPLANT SYSTEM: INPERIO®

At Nanoker we have successfully developed the patented all ceramic nanocomposite implant system solution available in the market.

INPERIOLOGOFOTO
INPERIOBROCHURE2

Monoblock Implant ("One Abutment, One Time") in final regulatory CE / MDR stages

Available in diameters of down to 3.3mm, thus covering almost all clinical cases, with a multi-unit termination that allows screwed connection of the crown (without cementation !!) as well as rotatory/anti-rotatory restorations, with proven improved bacteriostatic properties vs. Zirconia – much superior, also in mechanical characteristics (torques up to 50 N/cm), to the Zirconia ceramics that exist on the market. This is instrumental in achieving Immediate Charge.

Our implant’s properties and design allow the use of the Titanium Protocol (another First in Ceramic Implants!!). The design of the abutment section also allows “Bone Level” placement of the abutment, simplifying the dimensional combination of the implant and therefore the adaptability of the system to different patients.

Clonal Abutments

Allowing Integration as part of “Hybrid” Titanium+Ceramic Implant Systems, which is a total novelty enabled by our material’s mechanical performance and characteristics. This takes shape In the form of a Nanocomposite Ceramic “Clonic” abutment in the same material of the above described monoblock, and with the same properties, which can be integrated / screwed in any existing 3-piece titanium screwed system (even those already placed on patients’ mouths), remediating the widely known aesthetic problems (base-line, gum transparency …) and above all preventing from the first day the peri-implantitis to which titanium abutments are prone. Our ceramic nanocomposite has proven results that totally outclass Zirconia in terms of lack of biofilm adherence.

ZIRCONIA BLANKS BIOKER

bioker medical ceramics

Through our sister company BIOKER we offer translucent and highly translucent white or pre-colored blanks for Wieland, Zirkonzahn, or other open-source CAD / CAM systems.

Blanks are manufactured following the ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards, and have the CE mark.

Only the best available raw materials from Japan are used in our Cold Isostatic Press (CIP) facilities resulting in pre-sintered tetragonal zirconia  stabilized with yttria (Y-TZP) intended to be used in the making of dental crowns and bridges.

COLORS

Colored zirconia is available to suit the aesthetic requirements of each restoration. The standard color range consists of 3 colors: soft, medium and intense.

Colored blanks are manufactured according to international patent (PCT / ES2009 / 070486) on a procedure for obtaining a zirconia material colored and its applications through colloidal route.

Departing from this patent, a color palette has been developed with 40 different tones covering the entire spectrum of the VITA range,  custom manufactured upon customer request. The addition of pigments to the zirconia does not mean any loss in mechanical or biological properties to the material as ensured through quality controls carried out according to normalized tests).

TRANSLUCENCY

A translucent zirconia has been developed that can be sintered at low temperature (1400ºC) avoiding the problem of grain growth and associated aging.

We also offer a highly translucent zirconia that sinters at a higher temperature (1600ºC) but which is subject to growth grain and may be subject to aging.

COMPLIANT

CE MARKING, Manufactured following the ISO 13485 standard.

Products comply with ISO 13356 and ISO 6872 standards.

Bioker® Zirconia has met the following standards:
