Alumina 99,7% & 99,9% are resistant to aggressive chemical agents, at room temperature and boiling, excluding: Highly concentrated hydrofluoric acid, boiling phosphoric acid, boiling potassium hydroxide,
Sodium hydroxide solutions, boiling hydrogen fluoride (weak reaction), boiling sulfuric acid (weak reaction).


The corrosion properties for other ceramic materials are available under request. Sometimes the corrosion resistance of our materials is to be determined by tests for particular applications.
